This 16.3.26 shoe works with 9/16″ Tuscan round iron balusters, and sits on a flat surface. The Set Screw is a small screw on the side of the shoe that can be tightened to hold the shoe in place. It does not go into the floor. See additional product images for a more clear understanding of the set screw. Uses a 3mm allen wrench to tighten down set screw.
