Description
The HF16.3.60 is an aluminum level base collar (shoe) that goes on a flat surface and fits our 1/2″ square balusters. It has a 1-9/16″ round base and is 3/8″ in height. Powdercoated Satin Black or Ash Grey.
Pairs with our 16.3.61 angled base collar.
